PROTODUCTAI K.K. ("we") operates lune, a journal app for iPhone (the "App"). We care about keeping your entries where only you can read them. This policy explains what the App collects and how it is used.

1. Information we collect

• Email address: to create your account and sign you in
• Password: stored in hashed form. We cannot see your password
• Journal entries (user content): the date, emoji, and one-line text
• Purchase history: the status of your subscription purchase, renewal, and cancellation. Payments are handled by Apple, and we do not collect card details
• User ID: an identifier that links your account to your purchase status

The App does not collect information for advertising or tracking, and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It does not access your location, contacts, or photos.

2. How we use it

We use the information only to provide the App's functionality:

• To sign you in and verify your identity
• To store your entries and show them on your device
• To check your subscription status and provide features
• To respond to your inquiries

3. How your entries are handled

Your entries are tied only to your own account and cannot be viewed by other users. We do not use your entries for advertising, analytics, or sharing with third parties, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Service providers

We rely on the following services to store and process information. Each handles information only within the scope of the purpose we entrust to it.

• Clerk (account and sign-in management)
• Convex (storage of journal data)
• RevenueCat (subscription status management)
• Apple (payments and subscriptions)

The servers of these services are located outside Japan, mainly in the United States.

5. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings screen, or from "Delete account" on the purchase screen. Deleting your account erases all of your data, including your entries, and this cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Please cancel it from Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone.

6. Security

Communication is encrypted, and access to your entries is limited to you after you sign in.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will announce it on this page.
